Supported File Formats
As you can imagine, there are thousands of computer applications in use around the world. These applications each save their files in a certain way. This is called a file type or file format. For example, Microsoft Word can save your work as a ".doc", or even a ".txt" file.
We recommend sending PDF files to ensure the accuracy of your documents. However, if a PDF is not available, we can also work with the following:

EPS, TIFF, JPG (Not recommended for large output). If not sure about your file format please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at (973) 538-7718 Option4.

Supported Software
We regularly work with a wide range of software applications. If you are planning on sending us a file, it may help to look at the list below. If your application is not listed, please call us so we can make sure your project is handled according to our high standards.

We recommend using one the following software applications:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat
QuarkXPress
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint*, Excel, Visio*, Publisher)
